All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

Trying on clothing for fit is acceptable, but items may not be worn.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.
If a returned product does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

You must contact our customer support team via info@isabellejolie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions
Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our international supplier.
Step 3 – Ship the Item Back
You must return the product at your own expense, including any applicable shipping costs, customs fees, or duties.
Step 4 – Use Track & Trace Shipping
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package can be followed during transit.
Please note that in many cases, returned items must be shipped to our international fulfillment partner.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Isabelle Jolie is not responsible for lost or missing packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the order being shipped to the originally provided address.
